degree domestic assault and resisting arrest.
4000 block of 35th Street: Officers responded for the report of a theft

robbery. At about 3:30 PM a gold or brown colored Chrysler (possible
Sebring) occupied by three individuals pulled up next to the victim while he
was walking his dog. The male front seat passenger pointed a gun at the
victim and demanded his money and wallet. The victim had no money so he
threw the suspects his wallet. The suspects then asked for the pin number to
his credit card, which he gave them (I hope he didn’t give them the real
PIN). The suspects then fled the area. All suspects were described as
African-American males 18-25 years of age and all wearing dark clothing. The
County police advised that they had several robberies involving the same
vehicle description during the day.
